CANCELLATION
Life can sometimes be unpredictable. There may be times when you are unable to make your scheduled session. Here are a few ways to help you stick to your scheduled times:
- Remember your investment. You paid for a service you deemed valuable. No one likes to loose money.
- Be vigilant in keeping a calendar. Set recurring appointments on your phone and set multiple reminders.
- Remember your commitment. Lack of motivation can occur from time to time, so remind yourself of why you signed up in the first place and what your goals are.
In the event that you do need to cancel a session, there are a few policies you'll need to be aware of:
- Understand that sessions are scheduled in specific time slots, and around other peoples' sessions. Therefore, when cancelling an appointment, a MINIMUM 24 hour notice is required. No cancelation fee will be charged in such cases.
- Showing up late for your session may result in your session time being cut short.
- If you cancel your session LESS than 24 hours to the scheduled time, 100% of the session fee will be charged for that training session.
- Special consideration will be made for cases such as sickness or emergencies, on a case by case basis.
- In the event that the trainer needs to reschedule a session, every opportunity will be made to reschedule the session at no cost, and at the clients earliest availability.
