As someone in my fifties, I know the challenges people face as they get older.  The stiffness in the back, the aching joints, the lack of motivation -- these things can be debilitating.  But with proper exercise and nutrition we can start to change these things.  While we can't stop the aging process, we can start to reverse the symptoms.  


CONSULTATION

60 minutes: Free

The consultation gives me a chance to hear about your fitness journey.  I'll seek to clarify your goals and motivations, assess your current fitness level, and show you what a potential training plan could look like. 

This initial session also gives you a chance to hear more about my own fitness journey and philosophy of training, and answer your questions.  It's a chance for both of us to see if a partnership could be formed and begins to lay the foundation for future training sessions.

 

ONE-ON-ONE COACHING

60 minutes: $75

It can be uncomfortable in a large gym setting not knowing where to start.  It can also be frustrating waiting for a machine to be available.  I offer personalized, one-on-one coaching in a private gym.

  • You'll have my undivided attention, allowing for a tailored fitness plan designed specifically for your age, body type, goals, and any limitations or injuries.

6 WEEK FOUNDATION

6 WEEKS: $1350.00

What is the SIX WEEK FOUNDATION?

This is a complete weight training & nutrition program. (yes, there is some cardio).  Weight training is super important as we age. It helps us keep our muscles strong, keeps our bones healthy, and improves our heart health. It just makes us feel better overall! It can also help us manage our weight, boost our metabolism, and even improve our mental health. Proper nutrition is equally important, especially when lifting weights, because it supports muscle mass preservation and bone health, counteracting age-related declines.

While you can see dramatic results in 6 weeks with the proper diet and training, this program is designed to assist you on fitness journey. This is not a quick fix And while the program is very manageable, it will take hard work!  You'll be pushed like never before!  But you don’t need to be an elite athlete.  Perhaps you’re already pretty active and used to working out but you’ve noticed things are slipping?  Maybe you have a predominately sedentary lifestyle, and you’re new to lifting weights? The bottom line is, if willing to bring your commitment and dedication, this program will work!

Is There a Nutritional Component?

Yes.  Along with the workouts, there  comes a more radical way of looking at food.  I'll make it really easy for you, with a detailed guide of what you should (and shouldn't) eat, how much, and for how long. 

How Many Sessions Are Included?

You will receive three 60 min. one-on-one sessions  per week for a six week period.  That is 18 personal training sessions!  I will tailor the exercises to your fitness level and provide you with a private and secure place to workout, and I’ll be there to guide and encourage you along the journey. With the workout & nutritional plan, you'll be well equipped to succeed!


If you complete all 18 sessions of the program (no missing sessions), you'll receive a $225.00 credit for future use. That's like getting seven weeks for the price of six!

COUPLES SESSIONS

60 minutes: $90

Did you know you can get a personal trainer for couples?  It can help you on your way to a full body and mind transformation. It might not have crossed your mind before that a personal training session doesn’t have to be a solo mission. Personalized training sessoins for couples can be a great way to get in shape for many people.

ONLINE PACKAGES

FIRST MONTH: $250.00

Maybe you are already familiar with weight training and general fitness, but just need a little guidance and that extra push?  I can arrange a consultation session, conduct as assessment and set you up with both a diet and exercise plan.  I'll also provide you with feedback along the way if you get stuck.  We can adjust the plan as you go to ensure that you are set up for success.

The initial monthly plan includes:

INITIAL IN-PERSON CONSULATION & ASSESSMENT  60min. in person session.

ONLINE DETAILED DIET AND EXERCISE ROUTINE  I'm available by phone to review this after each week

COURSE CORRECTIONS AND REVAMPED ROUTINES EACH MONTH *When subsequent  months are purchased.
